Peter B Posted May 12, 2024 Share Posted May 12, 2024 (edited) This is ridiculous, after abandoning mediation my ex-wife is not even responding to legal letters about finances & Form E (payslips, pension statements ...), even things requested by the court! I don't know who to trust anymore, I'm not sure whether its her or her solicitor at fault. She won't talk to me about anything anymore and if anything will do the exact opposite of anything I suggest. This has been dragging out for YEARS now and it's just delay after delay - and all at a cost to me as I'm paying my solicitor to chase hers.
